Canada Day celebrations in Port Perry took place on July 1, 2007
featuring a Tribute to Canadian Troops and a parade through town.
In Palmer Park there were dozens of kids activities throughout
the day along with contests, shows and evening fireworks. Above,
May Smitherman and Willa Holtby, dressed in bright red, sit waiting
for the veterans parade.
