Scarecrow winners announced
during Fall Festival
Scugog certainly welcomed its share of colourful characters over the past month. We’ve seen Queen St. decorated with dozens of imaginative scarecrows, part of Meta4’s annual scarecrow contest, and of course there was Halloween with all its little witches, goblins and strange characters.
Pictured here are just a sampling of some of the many scarecrows that were judged earlier last month.

From top, Best Business – Trading Post’s, “Tom and the Trading Post Turkey Gobbler.”

Most Original scarecrow was an entry by Pam Hollet called “Haymate Of The Year.”
