Observer Publishing digitally repairs photographs that have scratches, tears, dust spots or have simply faded. Objects like power lines, can be removed, people can be added, backgrounds changed, old cracked and faded photos restored and revitalized.

Prices For Digital Restoration

OP prices your project based on the complexity
and size of the work. We operate with three categories.

PICTURE SIZES
OP can restore pictures to a maximum of 10"x16" in size

MINOR Restoration: $19.99
Remove minor dust spots, one or two scratches, basically a minor retouching and cleaning. Up to 30 minutes of restoration.

MAJOR Restoration: $29.99
Removal of scratches, dust, spots, some fading, and one to two subjects. Includes major retouches and some cracking.
Thirty minutes to one hour of restoration.

SEVERE Restoration: $39.99
Repair to damaged edges, tears, cracks, missing pieces, rips, cracks in facial area, severely faded, stains . Includes severe retouches.
These are pictures with extra challenges including: irregular, wide cuts and tears with missing parts of image partially or fully covering important foreground elements. Missing Parts: major foreground or complex background elements missing which requires reconstruction from another related photo (like a face) or from scratch (like a fence, a vase of flowers, a book held in the hands, etc.). Photo may be in several pieces with some parts totally missing.
Work requiring at least one full hour of restoration.
$15 for additional half hours

Restoration Prices Include:
One Free 5"x7" print with each image restoration.

Additional Prints priced as follows:
5"x 7" - $ 7.00 each
8"x10" - $10.00 each
Prices for other sizes available on request.
